How to Customize Small to Large Scale Print Products

Our two (2) most popular products are offset printing for small scale prints and signs and banners for large scale prints.
Offset printing is our method for bulk printing orders with high-quality results. You can customize and print products such as business cards, postcards, flyers, stickers and labels, and brochures in a wide variety of sizes, shapes, and premium materials.
Sign printing is our method for larger formats. This lets you print big promotions and ads on vinyl banners, aluminum signs, wall and window decals, yard signs, and more.
To begin custom printing, just follow these easy steps.
- Use the order calculator on your preferred product page to indicate the size, material, and quantity of your order. After, click Upload Your File.
- Once you have uploaded your file, select I Need A PDF Proof under the proofing options. After, click Add to Cart.
- You can review your order summary and shipping options on the last page. Confirm your order by clicking Checkout and follow the rest of the process.

How do I request free samples of print products?
You can order a free sample kit by filling out our request form. This kit includes printouts of our available paper stocks and coatings. You will need to log in with your own NextDayFlyers account to be able to access the request form.
When can I expect my custom prints delivered?
This depends on the printing turnaround and shipping options available for your product. Printing turnaround is the time it takes for us to get your prints ready for shipping. This does not cover weekends, holidays, and delivery transit time. You can get estimated delivery dates and shipping costs by entering your ZIP code on the order calculator.
What file formats do you accept for printing?
You can upload files in PDF, JPEG, or PSD format. Select Upload Your File at the bottom of the online calculator to upload your artwork.
How do I know if my order has shipped?
A tracking number will be sent to your registered email address once your order has shipped. You can also track your order when you’re logged into your account.
Where can I download free print templates?
You can access these downloadable print templates on the Templates tab of any product page. Just select your preferred size and download the ZIP file. These are blank templates you can open on any editing application to guide you on the proper bleed, trim, and safety zones of your design.
