Banner Printing for Tabletop Displays

Tabletop banner printing is perfect for trade shows or events. Retractable tabletop banners attract attention with vibrant full-color printing. These “mini” retractable banners work great in areas with limited space thanks to their smaller size—compared to standard retractable banners.

Tabletop banners can include more detailed product information since people view them up close rather than at a distance. If you’re showcasing products and services on a table or countertop, retractable tabletop banners are a great display supplement.

Easy to Pack and Transport

Retractable tabletop banners are ultra portable. They measure 11.5” x 16” in size and are printed on 9 mil. poly film with a lightweight, yet sturdy aluminum display base.

The banner pulls out of and retracts into the base for easy display and storage. No assembly required.

I am very happy with the table top banner I just received. I have a question about assembly since there were no instructions. What is the small pin used for?

We are happy that you are satisfied with the product you received. 

Please see the step by step process on how to set it up:

  1. Setting up your table top retractable banner can be done in seconds! Follow the steps below to help you master
    the simple setup process.
  2. Remove your tabletop retractable from the box and get both support poles ready for assembly.
  3. Attach the two sections of the metal pole together (no snap or screw mechanism) and insert the pole into the hole on the base with the flat edge on the top of the
    pole facing forward.
  4. Slowly pull out the banner from the base by grasping the metal edge on the top of the banner. Do not allow the banner to “snap” back into position, as this can
    damage your banner. Always pull out and retract the banner from the base in a slow and steady fashion.
  5. Pull the lip of the metal edge over the extruding edge of the top of the pole, carefully releasing the metal edge to secure the banner onto the pole.

Is 11.5x16" the "viewable" dimensions? How much of the substrate is not viewable because it's in the banner stand?

Yes, the size 11.5" x 16" is actually the banner's size itself. The hidden area is approximately two inches which will not have any printing at all.

Our tabletop retractable banners come in the size of 11.5" x 16". While small in nature these custom banners make a big impact at a wide variety of events as they brand your company in a professional manner and are a great reference point as you make your pitch to prospective customers. Our tabletop banner does not have back-side printing at the moment.

Hi Kat, Thank you for considering us for your printing needs. We have a design tool option on some products we offer and, yes you may also use some stock images from there. Apparently, for the tabletop banners, the option to use the design tool may not be available. You may use the design tool available through this link https://tinyurl.com/rsdb9b4p. Save the design and contact us to grab that design for you to upload to your order.

Is the banner interchangeable or will we have to buy a new unit when we want to change? Is there a carrying case.

Hi! Thank you for your question! The tabletop banner comes with a specific stand so we currently have it in package of a banner with a stand. It doesn't come with a carrying case, but its compact size (only 11.5" wide) makes it easy to pack in most bags.

Is the Tabletop Banner 11.5" wide by 16" tall?

Yes, that's correct! Since the tabletop banner comes with a specific stand, we can only print this portrait. We can have the artwork printed "landscape" upon request, but it would be read sideways when the banner is set up.
