Can I order a sample box?
Yes. You can order a sample box by specifying 1 sample box in the quantity option in the order calculator. If you order one sample custom box, we can produce it in 3 to 4 days. Note that our production turnaround time for custom boxes does not include weekends, holidays, and the delivery transit time.

How can I get free samples of your printing?
You can request a free sample kit by filling out the request form. This sample kit includes printouts of our available paper stocks and coatings. By ordering our sample kit, you can compare various materials and coatings to give you an idea of how your final printed piece will look before ordering.

Do you offer free templates?
Yes, we offer free blank templates you can download to help you get started on your design. You can find these on the Templates tab for any product page. For custom boxes, you’ll need to confirm your order first and we can send you a dieline template. This is a PDF file that shows the flat layout of your box to help you design the different panels.

How do I get a free file proof?
We offer free file proofs for uploaded designs. Once you upload your design on the website, select the PDF Proof option and we will email you a proof file for approval. This lets you review your design and make any necessary changes before we proceed with production.

What are the customization options your offer?
Each product we offer varies in customization options, but you can always use your own design. You can set your product specifications for sizes, shapes, materials, and special finishes using the order calculator. If you don’t see the exact measurements you need on our product pages, visit our Custom Product Quote Request page to provide custom specifications.

How do I design my custom box?
Follow these steps to create your own design NextDayFlyer’s online design tool:

1. Use the order calculator to fill in the dimensions of your box, material, coating, printed sides, and quantity.

2. At the bottom, click on Design Your Box Online.

3. You will be redirected to the custom box design tool. You will be able to see the design canvas view and the 3D preview. The left toolbar lets you add text, set colors, add shapes and lines, and modify the box specs. The top toolbar is where you can edit placements or delete design elements.

4. After designing, click Save Project

How long does it take for my custom packaging to arrive?
You can use the order calculator to check estimated delivery dates and costs. Just indicate your preferred product specifications, printing turnaround time, and ZIP code.

Can I use the same artwork for different custom packaging products?
