California Transparency in Supply Chains Act
Modern Slavery Statement

This Statement has been published pursuant to the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act. That Act requires certain businesses with operations in California to disclose their efforts to eliminate human trafficking and modern slavery (collectively referred to herein as “modern slavery”) in their direct supply chain for tangible goods offered for sale.

NEXTDAYFLYERS.COM is owned and operated by Digital Room, LLC (“Digital Room,” also referred to herein as “us” or “we”). As a company focused on enabling small and medium-sized businesses to reach their customer base and build their brands, we collaborate with business leaders to develop custom marketing and branding materials. Our product base is expansive and flexible, including labeling, packaging, signs and banners, promotional products and other informational materials. Our manufacturing and support facilities are located in the United States and the Philippines. With over 1,800 dedicated employees and 11 office and manufacturing locations, Digital Room has grown into one of the largest and most trusted providers of marketing and branding solutions for small and medium-sized businesses in the United States. Our customers use our ecommerce technology to bring their creations to life by matching their digital designs to the exact size, materials and finishing options of their final, custom manufactured marketing and branding materials.

Digital Room does not condone or support modern slavery in our own operations or those of our suppliers. Consistent with the foregoing, we expect our suppliers to comply with applicable laws prohibiting modern slavery and otherwise take appropriate actions to ensure that modern slavery is not present in their own business or their supply chains of goods sold to us.

We are not aware of any specific instances of modern slavery in our supply chains. [In addition, we have longstanding relationships with many of our principal tier-1 suppliers, and many of our principal tier-1 suppliers are located in the United States, which we believe mitigates modern slavery-related risks at that tier.] However, we recognize that modern slavery is a risk in many supply chains across a large number of industries and geographies.

In recognition of these risks, we are committed to over time developing appropriate risk-based policies, procedures (including internal training) and supplier assessments. In the meantime, we are distributing this Statement to our tier-1 suppliers to ensure they understand our expectations relating to modern slavery compliance.

Any modern slavery-related concerns can be reported to us through our Contact Us.
