How Thick Are Your Custom Boxes and How Much Do They Weigh?

Box thickness depends on the flute, also known as corrugation. Because we use different materials for every box style here at NextDayFlyers, it’s best to refer to the table below:  

*Small and medium mailers can be constructed from B-Flute upon request. Please note that this will incur additional charges since it’s a thicker material. 

**This stands for raw material thickness. The finished boxes may be a bit thinner since the material will eventually compress after some time.  

***The maximum weight will depend on the strength of the adhesive, the arrangement of the box’s contents, and the shipping and handling conditions.
