Create Custom Mailing Labels for Your Brand

You can create artwork for your custom mailing labels a couple of different ways:


Here’s a quick overview of how to create custom mailing label artwork in Word.

  1. Select the New Document button.
  2. From the Tools menu, choose Letters and Mailings → Envelopes and Labels.
  3. From the Labels tab, choose Options.
  4. Select the type of labels to design, and then click OK.
  5. Type and format the content of your labels.
  6. Insert photos or images.
  7. Resize or move images to fit inside the label, as desired.
  8. Save your mailing label artwork.
  9. Upload your design to NextDayFlyers.
