“Buyer beware. Do not expect any customer service skills from this company whatsoever. My “guaranteed delivery date” mysteriously changed after I placed my order. I called to rectify the situation (4 days before it was to be delivered) and was on hold for AN HOUR and finally spoke with someone. The rep had a heavy accent, was very difficult to understand, and kept giving me the runaround. Said he “hoped” he could take care of it, he “thinks” he can get my tickets here in time. He never once thanked me for my business or treated me like a valued customer. Needless to say, I will never order from this company again! ***BUYER BEWARE!***”

“I have purchased tickets from Next Day Flyer for the last 7 years and were great until this year. First the tickets were printed enlarged, so the image bleed off the edges. We have always printed these in the past with a nice white border around. Image was submitted the same as before with updated dates. Second, I discovered the numbering had 9 duplicate numbers. We have never encounter this in the past. New problem and created a big issue with the client. Third, the tickets had offsetting ink rubbing from the top of one ticket to the bottom of another ticket.”

All tickets come printed on your choice of 10 pt. (economical), 14 pt. (standard), or 14 pt. (premium) cardstock.

All tickets have multiple numbering and perforation options. Numbering has many uses and is essential when ordering raffle tickets. You can print in color on both sides of your ticket, allowing for many creative designs. In addition, you can choose between matte or high-gloss UV coating although we also have an uncoated option.

Can you write on the tickets? Deciding between matte and high gloss UV but not sure which you can write on (if any).

I see the size of the tickets with details of paper stock but not an area where it shows the number of copies you get for the price. Where do I get details on count of prints I would like?

Toward the bottom of the pricing calculator, you will see a pull down for quantity that will allow you to specify how many tickets you would like for us to print. You can adjust your quantities of printed tickets using this pull down to compare pricing.

We would like to print some raffle tickets. 3000, one sided, full color, perforation, numbered. Does the perforation need to be in a certain place? Where specifically does the number appear? Doe the number appear on the stub as well? Please let me know.

Great question! For ticket printing, perforation and sequential numbering are wherever you need them to be. You can add a line in your artwork that indicates where you would like your tickets to be perforated as well as blank white boxes (about 1" x .25" in size) to indicate where you would like your numbering. Or, you can email a mock up of your tickets with this information to our customer care team. For standard tickets that can be ordered directly through our website, we offer sequential numbering in one location. For sequential numbering in multiple locations - like numbering on the stub as well the ticket for a raffle - we offer this feature as a custom option that can be priced through our custom team.
