Frequently Asked Questions
Can I print on both sides of my banner?
No, we can only print on one side of the retractable banner as the back will hold the stand.
How do I set up my retractable banners?
Follow these steps to set up your banner:
1. Take out all the parts of your banner from the carrying case. Each order comes with an aluminum base, a banner, and support poles.
2. Place the base on the ground, making sure the feet are out at 90 degrees.
3. Connect the support poles and insert them into the slot found on the base.
4. From the base, pull out the header bar to reveal your banner. Hook the top of the header into the slot at the tip of the supporting poles.
How soon can I receive my premium banner?
The premium banners are ready to ship in 3 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and shipping dates. To check on your location and selected shipping, click Get Delivery Estimate at the bottom of the order calculator. Enter your ZIP code and the page will automatically show shipping options and costs based on your location.
Can I order a replacement banner?
We do not print separate displays for retractable banners. The banner material is already attached to the stand upon delivery.
What file formats do you accept for uploaded designs?
We accept the following formats:
- TIFF
- JPG
- PSD
- AI
We also recommend that your file should be set in CMYK color mode and have at least a resolution of 300 dpi for printing accuracy. You can check out our file preparation guidelines for more information on how to set up your files.
